Daniel Fletcher

With a proven business development pedigree, Daniel is an experienced project manager, consultant, and strategy specialist. He has worked with/for sports organizations, investment groups, brands and industry service providers in Europe, Asia and the Americas across areas including Strategic Planning, Governance, Organizational Change, Facilities Strategy and Commercial Development over a 20-year career in the sports industry Daniel holds the MBA (Football Industries) from the University of Liverpool and has had work published in the UK, China and America and spoken at industry events in Asia and Europe.

 

Lead the Strategic Planning process for the Bahrain Football Association, PSSI Regional Associations, Mongolian Football Regional Association and Chinese Football Association (women’s football)

 

  • Developed the facilities strategy planning module/manual for FIFA under the Performance Programme

  • Facilities strategy work for UEFA and FIFA spanning stadium feasibility studies, accommodation blocks and training centers

  • Strategic advisory for sports investment groups, selecting and facilitating the acquisition of two Premier League clubs and one in the U.S. for Asian investment groups.

James Tucker

Specialist in education policy, qualification and syllabus design with extensive experience in Europe, the Middle East and North America. James has project managed and consulted for the English Premier League, La Liga, UAE Pro League, Oman National Football Association, various top tier professional football clubs, Pearson Education, the World Bank and international school groups.


James expertise spans elite sports, secondary and higher education sectors and includes school start-up, principal leadership, government relations, curriculum review and design, qualification framework and accreditation design, qualification design, quality assurance, school inspectorate, policy design and strategic education planning.


James has lived and worked in the UK, United Arab Emirates, USA and Spain.

Anter Isaac

  • A trusted and experienced sports executive over a period spanning three decades.

  • Anter has consulted to; developed academic and training literature for; and continues to present to and train the decision-makers in professional sporting organizations across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Australasia on matters of strategy, financial management, event management, governance, and team and competition development.

  • As a result, he has distinguished himself as a sports executive of contemporary thinking and 'hands-on experience' applying both commercial best-practice and insight into the day-to-day management of professional sport.

  • Anter was an influential executive with the governing body of football in Australia for almost 12 years. Aside from being heavily counselled on matters of strategy and business development, Anter also held the positions of Head of Finance, Salary Cap Auditor, Manager of IT, Assistant Team Manager of the Senior Men’s National Team, and Company Secretary during his time there.

  • These experiences have given Anter the ability to understand the unique nexus and relationship between off-field and on-field functions, developed only through having worked at an elite level, with experts, in both functions for a period spanning two decades.

  • Most recently, KW have helped globally renowned organizations develop and execute strategy, generate more revenue, control costs, strengthen team and league viability, implement best-practice systems, improve morale and improve organizational effectiveness.

Mark Sutcliffe

More than 35 years of experience delivering success in international sports and leisure management. Seasoned executive with an outstanding track record, career highlights including 6 years as CEO of the Hong Kong Football Association and 16 years as Chairman and CEO of Strategic Leisure in both cases driving the growth and success of each organization. With an educational background in Sports Studies, progressing on to a long career encompassing coaching, leisure facility management, 10 years in local government, consultancy, and directorships, resulting in exceptional experience and ability across the sports and leisure industry. Passionate about sport, many achievements under the belt, and driven to continue this success into future challenges.

Paul Woodland

Paul is an experienced senior sports executive and administrator having spent 7 years (2013-20) working for the Hong Kong Football Association, the last 18 months as Chief Executive Officer.

Paul is an experienced sports and leisure management consultant with an extensive track record managing projects throughout the UK and international (Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Hong Kong).

Prior to becoming a sports and leisure consultant, Paul had over 15 year’s senior sports, leisure and fitness facility management experience in the private and public sectors in the UK and Middle East (Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Dubai and Abu Dhabi).

His specific experience is in project management and opening new sports and leisure facilities, interim management, feasibility studies, business planning, operation and staffing reviews, executive recruitment, staffing assignments, sales and marketing strategies, sport facility strategies, sports development plans and strategies; and due diligence exercises.

Felipe Faro

Working in the football industry for the last 20 years, exercising leadership positions in sports marketing company, football clubs in Brazil (Santos FC, Figueirense FC, Ituano FC, Desportivo Brasil), Portugal (Estoril SAD) and in the US (Miami FC) . Consultancy for different investors in Brazil and for FIFA under the Performance Program held on behalf of the Paraguayan FA

Andy Cullen (MK Dons)

Andrew is Executive Director at MK Dons and is the football club’s senior executive for all matters relating to player contracts, player transfers, football operations, the Academy, sales and marketing, media, and grounds.  Andrew served as an English Football League Board Director  from 2014-16.

David Baldwin

David Baldwin is an English football executive who served as CEO of the English Football League between June and December 2020.

He was appointed to the role of CEO of the English Football League in December 2019, replacing Shaun Harvey , and officially began on 17 June 2020 He previously held executive roles at Bradford City and Burnley. Whilst at Burnley, in December 2018 he was nominated for the Premier League CEO of the Year at the Football Business awards. On 12 October 2020 it was announced that Baldwin would step down from his role with the EFL in six months time. He was replaced by Trevor Birch who began his job on 1 January 2021.

Baldwin is also part owner of the RIASA football academy in Leeds

Kim Heeley (Everton)

People Director at Everton Football club , worked as HR Manager and Safeguarding at Wegan Athletic F.C , Kim Healey, Everton Football Club’s People Director, has been named as one of the most influential HR leaders in the UK.

Kim joined Everton in 2015 as Head of HR, before being appointed People Director in 2018.

A member of the Club’s Executive Leadership Team, Kim has developed and led an extensive people engagement strategy at Everton, encompassing reward and recognition, pay and benefits, work environment, safeguarding and staff welfare across the Club, its award-winning charity Everton in the Community and Everton Free School and Football College. Kim also helped manage the Club’s move to new state-of-the-art headquarters at the iconic Royal Liver Building on Liverpool’s waterfront in August 2018.

Reem Khaled

  • Reem is an experienced and motivated Corporate Senior Strategist; who enjoys working within multi-cultural environments. She has proven track record in Culture Building and Talent Management with a dedication to improving Human Capital Performance and achieving business objectives.

  • She has more than 13 years of human resources experience in various industries including motorsports, consultancies, education, investments, hospitality and sports.

  • Reem started her career by playing a key role in start-up companies; building systems and setting up HR departments. Being a part of the executive management team for many years, she has led strategic initiatives delivering human capital projects related to organizational design, turnaround assignments, structuring and implementing control measures including performance management, organizational performance management designing and implementing balanced scorecard, formulating policies and procedures and providing talent solutions through job analysis and evaluation.

  • Reem is a qualified HR practitioner with CIPD Certificate plus Diploma, Graduate Studies in HR Management from McGill University, Masters degree in Business Administration from London Business School  and Bachelors holder of Social Sciences obtained from the University Of Ottawa.
